Job summary

Cornerstone Defense is seeking a General Technical Targeting Analyst in McLean, VA to support government customers with intelligence, targeting, and analysis across multiple domains.

The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph and strong communication skills, both verbal briefs and written products, to translate complex analysis for technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree (or 5 year's equivalent) in a field related to the position.
• Minimum five years of demonstrated experience with at least three of: SIGINT, IMINT, MASINT, HUMINT, or OSINT collection capabilities and dissemination systems.
• Excellent verbal and writing skills to briefs or cables for technical and non-technical audiences.

Cornerstone's Intelligence Sector provides solutions to the United States Government for information collection, operations, exploitation and dissemination, and research activities. Our Team specializes in software development, cloud architecture, systems and network engineering, systems integration, agile management, as well as targeting operations and intelligence analysis. Our support to our mission customers includes cyber network operations, exploitation and defense, signals intelligence, human intelligence, and critical missions and networks. Required Qualifications:
• Undergraduate degree (or 5 year's equivalent experience, however meeting the degree requirement is preferred) in a field related to the position.
• Minimum XX years of total experience in three or more of the following: analysis, network engineering, network security, offensive experience, technical collection, penetration testing, "red teaming," hardware engineering, software reverse engineering, and computer exploitation
• Minimum five years of demonstrated experience with at least three of the following: SIGINT, IMINT, MASINT, HUMINT, or OSINT collection capabilities and dissemination systems.
• Demonstrated experience analyzing current and emerging intelligence issues.
• Demonstrated experience crafting intelligence reports.
• Excellent verbal skills; communicate through briefs and informal communications their targeting and analysis effort to technical and non-technical audience.
• Excellent writing skills: ability to read and write cables, as well as other written products (Intels, Analytic products, etc.) as needed.
