Job summary

MUSC Health – Lancaster Medical Center is recruiting a board certified or board eligible General Surgeon to join two existing surgeons in a growing Lancaster, SC practice. The chosen candidate will be employed by the MUSC Health System and will have opportunities to work at Lancaster Medical Center as well as Indian Land facilities, including a new hospital under construction.

The role offers 75% inpatient and 25% outpatient duties, with access to Da Vinci robotic technology and strong

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in General Surgery.
• 1+ years of hospital-based practice preferred.
• Inpatient and outpatient care experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive surgical care as part of a two-surgeon team.
• Work across Lancaster Medical Center and Indian Land facilities.
• Share call with colleagues as schedule allows.
• Utilize robotic systems where applicable.
