Job Title:

General Surgery Physician

Role and Responsibilities:

Provide general surgical care in a hospital-based and office-clinic setting, handling cases such as chest wall/pleural procedures, chest tube insertion, vascular surgery, and abdominal surgeries.

Key Duties:

Perform surgical procedures, manage patient care, and work Monday-Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. Utilize Cerner EMR system for documentation and ensure compliance with certification and licensure requirements.

Qualifications:

Board certified or eligible in General Surgery, licensed in Vermont, and certified in Basic Life Support.

• Strong surgical skills and experience with general, vascular, and chest procedures.
• Ability to work independently in a hospital and clinic environment.
