Job summary

All Star Healthcare Solutions seeks physicians to cover General Surgery cases in Grand Forks, North Dakota, starting January 2027. This locum-tenens opportunity includes a 24-hour call schedule with 12 hours primary and 12 hours back-up, with all pagers answered within 20 minutes.

Three positions are available. A North Dakota license is required, BC in General Surgery is mandatory and Surgical Critical Care is preferred. Travel and housing are provided, and malpractice coverage is included.

Qualifications

• Board-certified in General Surgery is required.
• Surgical Critical Care experience preferred.
• MD degree with medical licensure in North Dakota.

Responsibilities

• Provide general surgery services as locum tenens.
• Respond to 24-hour call with 12-hour primary and 12-hour backup.
• Ensure timely paging responses within 20 minutes.
