Job summary

Lee Health, based in Southwest Florida, is seeking an Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AGACNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join LPG General Surgery. The role is primarily inpatient, with rounding, consultations, and operating room assistance, including laparoscopic and robotic surgeries.

Qualifications

• Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AGACNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) credential.
• Inpatient rounding, consultations and operating room assistance are primary duties.
• Ability to assist in laparoscopic and robotic surgeries.
• Will have call and rotate weekends with other providers; EPIC EHR and dictation used in both settings.

Position Information:

LPG General Surgery is looking for an Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AGACNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our busy general surgery practice. This position will primarily work inpatient with duties including rounding, consultations, and assisting in the operating room. Within the OR space, this position will assist with both laparoscopic and robotic surgeries. This position will have call and rotate weekends with other providers. Providers utilize EPIC EHR and dictation software in both settings.
