Britt Medical Search is helping a well-established Central Wyoming practice recruit an experienced, Board-Certified General Surgeon to serve a regional population of 40,000+ in a mountain community with strong clinical support and autonomy.

This full-time opportunity offers a bread-and-butter general surgery scope, hospital employment and/or independent practice options, and a robust compensation package with sign-on and relocation support, plus an exceptional outdoor lifestyle.

Qualifications

• MD/DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified in General Surgery.
• Eligible for Wyoming medical licensure and DEA registration with full prescribing authority.
• Experienced surgeons preferred; not open to new graduates.

We are seeking an experienced, Board-Certified General Surgeon to join a well-established practice in Central Wyoming, offering a broad surgical scope, strong clinical support, flexible practice options, and an exceptional outdoor lifestyle.

Position Highlights:

• Join a team of 1 full-time surgeon and 1 contracted surgeon
• Dedicated clinical support with opportunity to expand as volume grows
• Mature practice projected at 5,500–6,000 wRVUs annually

• 3 Primary Care Physicians
• OB/GYN
• ENT
• Internal Medicine
• Orthopedic and specialty support
• Serve a regional population of 40,000+
• Practice within a healthcare system offering:
• 24/7 hospitalist and emergency services
• Surgical services

• Advanced diagnostic imaging
