Virginia Mason Franciscan Health is seeking a General Surgeon to join the St. Michael Medical Center in Silverdale, WA. You will perform comprehensive surgical evaluations, provide operative care, and manage postoperative outcomes in a busy community practice.

The ideal candidate is BC/BE in General Surgery with a strong commitment to high-quality patient care, a passion for service, and the ability to work collaboratively with a tight-knit team in Kitsap County.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Surgery.
• Active or eligible license in the state of Washington, or ability to obtain prior to employment.
• Completion of ACGME Residency program.
• American Board Certification and active BLS.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive surgical evaluation, operative care, and postoperative management.
• Focus on bread-and-butter General Surgery with clinic, OR and rounding duties.
• Participate in shared call responsibility (1:8).
