Job summary

Providence is looking for a full-time, board-eligible/board-certified General Surgeon to join the Surgical Services program at Providence St. Patrick Hospital in Missoula, Montana. This program is one of the busiest surgical services in the state and offers a healthy work-life balance within the scenic beauty of Missoula.

The ideal candidate should have an accredited general surgery residency and be certified or eligible for certification by the American Board of Surgery. Compensation includes a robust benefits package with a sign-on bonus.

Job description

Seeking a full-time, board-eligible/board-certified General Surgeon to join a dynamic group at Providence St. Patrick Hospital's growing Surgical Services program in Missoula, Montana.

This established, acute-care surgery service is one of the busiest in the state while the service continues to grow as the only Level II trauma center in western Montana. You will practice general and elective surgeries in a robust program all while enjoying a healthy work-life balance in the scenic beauty of Missoula.

• Full-time position
• Work within a collegial group of dedicated surgeons and team
• Ideal candidate would have the interest and expertise to take 2 to 3 days of trauma/emergent general surgery call per month
• Completion of an accredited general surgery residency; certified or eligible to be certified by the American Board of Surgery or equivalent
