Responsibilities

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction supervision, with at least 3 years in a general superintendent role.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, contracts, and technical documents.
