Suffolk Construction is seeking a General Superintendent in Miami to lead field operations on major projects. You will drive safety, schedule adherence, quality, and client satisfaction while mentoring field teams and coordinating with design professionals.

The Role
The General Superintendent provides overall leadership for field operations and execution for the assigned project(s).
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for long periods, communicate verbally, and operate keyboard/phone. The role may involve standing, walking, and reaching, with vision requirements for close and distance work. The work environment is an office setting with occasional site exposure; site visits may be required.
