University at Buffalo Department of Otolaryngology - Head & Neck Surgery in Buffalo, NY seeks a General Otolaryngologist to build a high-volume practice with full autonomy within a major academic setting. The role offers an immediate referral base and collaboration with two major health systems.

You will lead patient-centered care, shape your practice, and may participate in education, research, or program development. An academic appointment is available for interested candidates.

Qualifications

• MD, DO, or equivalent degree.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Otolaryngology - Head & Neck Surgery.
• Eligible for New York State medical licensure.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and collaboration.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and vision for growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality general and or sleep otolaryngology care.
• Build a clinical practice aligned with your interests and expertise.
• Practice across Erie County Medical Center and Kaleida Health.
• Participate in medical student and resident education (optional).
• Opportunities for research, teaching, or program development if desired.
