• This is an entry level position.

Responsibilities

• General Service Technicians / Mechanics perform maintenance and repair such as oil changes, tire rotations, battery replacements, and more.
• Perform state-mmandated vehicle emissions inspections per state regulations.
• Work with the service team to troubleshoot guest concerns quickly and effectively.
• Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections.
• Ensure all preventive maintenance reports are complete and accurate.
• Follow federal, state, and local regulations affecting service operations such as hazardous waste disposal and OSHA right-to-know.
• Assist in housekeeping functions as directed by Management.
• Communicate the extent of damage or malfunctions to guests’ vehicles to the service department.
• Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
