Auto Systems Centers in Streetsboro, OH is hiring General Service Technicians for our tire, oil & lube center. No experience needed; paid training provided. Enjoy a 5-day work week with Sundays off, a guaranteed base hourly rate plus significant weekly bonus potential, and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, and life insurance.

We support ASE certification, offer an employee tool purchase program, and promote from within based on performance and credentials.

Qualifications

• Experience: Automotive experience is a plus, but not required.
• We are willing to train motivated individuals.
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift/move items weighing over 50 pounds.
• Mindset: dependability, teamwork, and quality service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Install new tires and wheels and perform tire services (rotations, balancing, flat repairs).
• Provide best-in-class automotive service and earn weekly bonus payments on top of hourly rate.
