Job summary

Midas in Parker, CO is seeking General Service Technicians for our state-of-the-art service center. No experience is required as we provide PAID TRAINING and ongoing ASE certification support.

You’ll install tires, wheels and perform basic tire services while earning a guaranteed hourly rate plus weekly bonuses. Enjoy a 5-day workweek with Sundays off, competitive benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) with employer match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Experience: Automotive experience is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train motivated individuals.
• Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Physical Ability: Stand, walk, bend, and lift/move items weighing over 50 pounds.
• Mindset: Value dependability, teamwork, and quality service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Install tires and wheels and perform tire services (rotations, balancing, flat repairs) to keep vehicles safe.
• Earn weekly bonuses on top of the guaranteed hourly rate for each service performed.
