Qualifications

• Previous automotive maintenance or lube technician experience preferred.
• North Carolina state inspector's license preferred but not required.
• ASE certifications are a plus.
• Valid driver's license.

• Willingness to learn, follow safety procedures, and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, fluid exchanges, tire installation, rotations, and balancing.
• Inspect vehicles, document findings, and identify necessary maintenance and repairs.
• Perform or assist with alignments, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning services.
• Complete each service accurately, following shop procedures and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Earn up to $63,500+ per year, plus a signing bonus of up to $2,000, based on your ASE certifications and mechanical experience.
