Frank Myers Auto Repair in Winston-Salem is seeking motivated General Service Technicians and Lube Technicians to start or grow their automotive service careers. We are a locally owned, family-operated shop focused on quality work and a team-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Automotive experience or technical-school training, or a strong willingness to learn.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• State inspection license preferred, but not required; we can help the right candidate work toward becoming licensed.
• Dependable, hardworking, and able to work well as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and customer-service mindset.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work including standing, bending, reaching, and repetitive movements.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance services (oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, brake service, inspections, and basic repairs).
• Inspect vehicles and identify maintenance or repair needs.
• Assist experienced technicians while learning more advanced diagnostic and repair skills.
• Communicate clearly with the service team about recommended services and vehicle needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
