106 Team Car Care West, LLC (US) in Sierra Vista, AZ 85635 is seeking a General Service Technician to join our team. You will deliver friendly guest care, promote teamwork, and perform vehicle maintenance tasks including oil changes, fluid checks, and tire pressure monitoring.

The role offers full-time hours, an hourly wage of $15.25–$15.49, benefits such as 401K with company match, daily pay, and opportunities for career advancement. Prior customer-facing experience preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience (retail, service, etc.).
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating manuals.
• Strong work ethic with a team-oriented mindset.
• Physically able to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform manual tasks.
• Willingness to work weekends and some holidays.
• Willingness to work in varying temperatures and loud environments.

Responsibilities

• Promote teamwork to deliver on-time, accurate guest care during all hours.
• Provide excellent guest service with clear communication about guest vehicles.
• Keep the service center clean and presentable.
• Mentor junior and mid-level automotive technicians.
• Check and communicate oil level to teammates.
• Ensure proper tire pressure for inflation.
• Inspect and refill fluids as necessary and complete vehicle inspections.
• Document all work performed on repair orders.
• Report safety issues to management and follow company policy.
• Perform various manual tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods.

HOW YOU WILL DRIVE SUCCESS

• Promote teamwork to deliver on time and accurate guest care during all operating hours
• Demonstrate excellent guest service, which includes providing clear communication and feedback about guest vehicles
• Ensure that the service center is clean and presentable
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior and mid-level automotive technicians
• Checking and communicating oil level to other teammates
• Ensure tire pressure for proper inflation
• Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary
• Complete vehicle inspection
• Install a new oil drain plug and a new oil filter
• Clean and lubricate fittings as needed
• Document all work performed on the repair order
• Report any safety issues immediately to management
• Maintain strict adherence to company policy on vehicle care and operation
• Perform various manual tasks for extended periods, including light and heavy lifting, including consumer tires and wheels, standing, bending, and squatting

UNDER THE HOOD - WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience (i.e. retail, food service, hospitality, etc.)
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future
• Previous experience is preferred but not required
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
• Effective communication skills to interact with guests and teammates.
• Strong work ethic with a positive attitude; independently motivated, dependable, and a team player
• Demonstrates responsibility, attention to detail, and the ability to follow procedures, identify problems, and make sound decisions
• Physically able to stand for extended periods on hard surfaces, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform manual tasks including bending and squatting
• Willingness to work in varying temperatures, loud environments, and around exhaust fumes
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and some holidays
• Commitment to adhering to all safety protocols and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned
