Job summary

Team Car Care West, LLC is seeking a General Service Technician to service guests' vehicles and deliver quality work with a strong emphasis on guest experience. Training and certification will be provided to advance your skills in all offered services.

You will promote teamwork, maintain a clean service area, and document work while following safety protocols. A reliable, customer-oriented attitude and physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer-facing experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions and manuals.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Physically able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform manual tasks.

Responsibilities

• Service guests' vehicles to high quality standards and provide excellent guest care.
• Receive training and achieve certification in offered services.
• Keep the service center clean, organized, and presentable.
• Mentor junior and mid-level technicians as needed.
• Document all work performed on the repair order and report safety issues.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures at all times.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervision.
