Team Car Care West, LLC (US) is hiring a General Service Technician in Omaha, NE. This entry-level role focuses on servicing guests' vehicles with an emphasis on quality and guest satisfaction.

You will participate in our training program to gain certification across services offered, positioning you for future advancement. You will work to keep the service area clean and safe, provide clear communication to guests, and support teammates while handling routine maintenance tasks and inspections.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience (retail, food service, hospitality, etc.).
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Effective communication skills to interact with guests and teammates.
• Physically able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform manual tasks including bending and squatting.

Responsibilities

• Professionally service guests' vehicles to ensure top-notch quality work and guest experience.
• Receive training and certification through our program.
• Promote teamwork to deliver on-time, accurate guest care during operating hours.
• Check oil level and communicate with teammates.
• Ensure tire pressure is correct and inspect/refill fluids as necessary.
• Document all work performed on the repair order.
• Maintain a clean and presentable service center and report safety issues immediately.
