Gunnell's Tire & Service in Mesa, AZ is seeking a General Service Technician to join our results-focused, performance-driven team. You’ll contribute to delivering an exceptional customer experience through fast, accurate, and safe automotive service.

Expect hands-on work on tires, maintenance, oil changes, brakes, suspensions, and alignments, with opportunities for growth into mechanic, service advisor, or management roles.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of professional automotive service experience (tires, oil, brakes, suspension, alignments)
• Hands-on ability with preventative maintenance and light mechanical work
• Valid driver’s license, clean record, and ability to lift 70 lbs
• Problem-solver with strong attention to detail
• Motivated to grow and thrive in a fast-paced shop
• Flexible schedule with weekend availability

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, balance, and rotate tires
• Repair flats and perform oil changes
• Perform courtesy inspections and document findings
• Test and install batteries; diagnose and perform brake jobs
• Handle suspension repairs
• Perform alignments and steering system repairs
• Replace under-hood components
• Stock inventory and maintain shop cleanliness
• Work as a team to deliver fast, elite service

General Service Technician:
