• Effective communication skills to interact with guests and teammates.
• Strong work ethic with a positive attitude; independent and team player.

Responsibilities

• Service guests' vehicles to ensure quality work and guest experience.
• Provide clear communication and feedback about guest vehicles.
• Keep the service center clean and presentable.
• Guide and mentor junior technicians.
• Check oil level and communicate with teammates.
• Ensure proper tire pressure and inflate to spec.
• Inspect and refill fluids as necessary.
• Document all work on the repair order.
• Report safety issues to management and follow policies.
