Job summary

Tire Discounters in Ohio (Maineville) seeks an Alignment Technician to keep vehicles safe with precise wheel alignments using advanced equipment and ASD tech, perform oil changes, tire inspections, installation, repair and balancing, and maintain a clean shop.

Responsibilities

• Align customers' vehicles using high-end equipment and Advanced Driver Assistance System tech.
• Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes and fluid exchanges; inspect tires and perform installation, repair, and balancing.
• Maintain a clean, organized shop and support the team in daily operations.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service to make every customer feel like part of the Tire Discounters family.

Your Role as an Alignment Technician:

As an Alignment Technician at Tire Discounters, you'll do more than just turn wrenches -- you'll drive excellence. Whether it's a routine oil change, tire repair, or fine-tuning a vehicle's wheel alignment for top-notch performance, you'll be an integral part of keeping our customers safe and satisfied.

What You'll Do:

• Ensure our customers' vehicles are properly aligned by using top-notch equipment, incorporating cutting-edge Advanced Driver Assistance System technology.
• Perform routine maintenance like oil changes and other system fluid exchanges. Conduct tire inspections while also tackling tire services like installation, repair, and balancing.
• Maintain a clean, organized shop and help your team keep the shop humming.

Requirements

Your Skills & Qualifications:

• Mechanical aptitude & communication skills: Prior automotive experience is a plus -- a great attitude and willingness to learn is a must!
• Physical stamina: Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in a dynamic shop environment -- rain or shine.
• Safety-first mindset & valid driver's license: Manual transmission experience is a bonus.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Pay: $17.00 to $20.00 + per hour effective rate
• Effective Rate includes (overtime, variable overtime, and weekly commission on billed labor)
