Job description

General Service Technician: Estimated Total Earnings: $18-$25 per hour (Hourly Base Pay + Commissions + Bonuses + Overtime + AMAZING Benefits)

Location:

Compensation Details:

1. Hourly Base Pay of $18.00 – $22.00 (based on experience and performance).
2. Commission & Bonus Opportunities include: Daily Spiffs, Monthly Kickers, and Production Bonuses. Estimated commissions range from $3-$12 more an hour, based on position, skill level, and production.
3. Overtime pay: 1.5x for hours worked beyond 8 hours per day or 40 hours per week.
4. Average total earnings range from $58,000 - $85,000 per year.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Perform basic preventive maintenance as part of a team.
2. Repair tires, perform tire rotations, and mount/dismount/balance tires.
3. Conduct oil changes and install filters.
4. Perform mechanical services and repairs as needed.
