Job summary

Big Brand Tire & Service in Los Angeles is seeking a General Service Technician to join a fast-paced, results-driven team delivering tire services, oil changes, and inspections. You will contribute to accurate work and customer satisfaction while growing your skills in a supportive shop.

The role offers a path to higher responsibility, with the potential to advance to Mechanic, Service Advisor, or Management positions as you demonstrate capability and commitment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of professional automotive service experience
• Hands-on ability with preventive maintenance and light mechanical work
• Valid driver’s license with clean record; ability to lift 70 lbs
• Problem-solver with attention to detail
• Flexible schedule with weekend availability

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, balance, and rotate tires
• Repair flats, perform oil changes, replace filters
• Perform courtesy inspections and document findings
• Test and install batteries; diagnose and perform brake jobs
• Handle suspension repairs; alignments and steering system repairs
• Replace under-hood components; water pumps, alternators, radiators
• Stock inventory and maintain shop cleanliness and safety standards
• Work as a team to deliver fast, accurate, elite service

General Service Technician:

• Mount, dismount, balance, and rotate tires
