Harrell's Tire & Auto in Fayetteville is seeking a highly skilled General Service Technician to join our on-site team. You will perform oil changes, tire services, routine maintenance checks, and assist with diagnostics using state-of-the-art equipment, delivering honest, quality auto care to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes and tire services including installation, rotation, and alignment
• Conduct routine vehicle maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance
• Repair or replace defective parts using hand and power tools
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
• Collaborate effectively with team members to complete service requests promptly
• Provide enthusiastic and clear communication with customers about their vehicle’s needs

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous experience as a General Service Technician or similar mechanic role preferred
• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on automotive repair skills
• Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting
• Proficiency with hand tools and diagnostic equipment
• Commitment to high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
