Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience (e.g., retail, food service).
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Ability to read safety rules and operating instructions.
• Effective communication skills to interact with guests and teammates.
• Physically able to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform manual tasks including bending and squatting.

Responsibilities

• Service guests' vehicles to ensure quality workmanship and guest satisfaction.
• Follow training to gain certification in offered services.
• Promote teamwork and communicate clearly with guests and teammates.
• Inspect and refill fluids, check oil level, tire pressure, and perform routine maintenance.
• Document all work performed on the repair order and report safety issues.
