Team Car Care Dba Jiffy Lube is hiring a General Service Technician in Forest Lake, MN. This entry-level role includes comprehensive training and certification, with a focus on servicing guests' vehicles to deliver top-quality work and guest satisfaction.

You’ll work as part of a team, gain hands-on experience, and pursue a career path in automotive service through our training program. The role features full-time hours and a supportive rewards package.

Qualificações

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Previous experience is preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Promote teamwork to deliver on time and accurate guest care during all operating hours.
• Demonstrate excellent guest service, including clear communication and feedback about guest vehicles.
• Ensure that the service center is clean and presentable.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior and mid-level automotive technicians.
• Check and communicate oil level to teammates.
• Ensure tire pressure for proper inflation.
• Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary.
• Complete vehicle inspections.
• Install a new oil drain plug and a new oil filter.
• Clean and lubricate fittings as needed.
• Document all work performed on repair orders.
• Report safety issues to management.
• Maintain adherence to company policy on vehicle care and operation.
• Perform manual tasks including lifting, standing, bending, and squatting for extended periods.

HOW YOU WILL DRIVE SUCCESS:

• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future
