Qualifications

• At least 3 months of customer-facing experience.
• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to read and follow safety rules and instructions.
• Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Service guests' vehicles to high quality standards.
• Work through our training program to gain certification.
• Promote teamwork to deliver timely, accurate guest care.
• Communicate clearly with guests about vehicle status.
• Keep the service center clean and presentable.
• Mentor junior technicians and collaborate with peers.
• Check oil level and communicate with teammates.
• Ensure correct tire pressure and fluid levels.
• Perform vehicle inspections and document work.
• Install oil drain plug and oil filter as required.
• Document all work on repair orders and report safety issues.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
