Team Car Care West, LLC is hiring a General Service Technician in Costa Mesa, CA. This entry-level role trains you through our program to service guest vehicles with quality workmanship and a strong guest experience.

You’ll gain certification and hands-on experience across our services while developing teamwork, communication, and attention to safety in a fast-paced environment. Part-time schedule with flexible shifts available.

Qualifications

• At least 3 months of customer-facing experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions.
• Effective communication with guests and teammates.
• Willingness to work in varying temperatures and environments.

Responsibilities

• Promote teamwork to deliver on-time, accurate guest care during all operating hours.
• Provide clear communication and feedback about guest vehicles.
• Keep the service center clean and presentable.
• Guide junior and mid-level automotive technicians.
• Check and communicate oil level to teammates; ensure tire pressure is correct.
• Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary.
• Document all work performed on the repair order.
• Report safety issues immediately to management.
• Maintain adherence to company policies and safety protocols.
• Perform various manual tasks for extended periods, including lifting.
