Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Effective communication skills to interact with guests and teammates.
• Strong work ethic with a positive attitude; independently motivated, dependable, and a team player.
• Physically able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in varying temperatures and environments.

Responsibilities

• Service guests' vehicles to ensure top quality and guest experience.
• Receive training and certification through our program.
• Promote teamwork to deliver on time and accurate guest care.
• Keep the service center clean and presentable.
• Provide guidance to junior technicians.
• Check oil level and communicate with teammates.
• Ensure tire pressure is correct and fluid levels are refilled as needed.
• Complete vehicle inspections and document all work on the repair order.
• Report safety issues immediately to management.
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
• Perform manual tasks including lifting, standing, bending and squatting for extended periods.
