Re:Build Manufacturing is hiring a hands-on operations worker in the United States, New York. You will join a team focused on safe, efficient production and contributing to meaningful projects across diverse manufacturing domains.

Daily duties include following procedures, basic troubleshooting, handling materials, and collaborating with teammates to maintain a clean, safe work area. A high school diploma and 3–5 years’ related experience are required; PPE is provided and training is on the job.

The hourly rate for this position is $18.00- $27.00. This range represents the Company’s good faith estimate of the base compensation for this role at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, qualifications, internal equity, and geographic location. In addition to hourly rate, this role may be eligible for annual incentive compensation and/or long-term incentives, subject to Company plans. The Company offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits
