Christian Brothers Automotive Corporation in Buckeye, AZ is seeking an energetic General Service Automotive Technician for an entry-level role. The position offers a climate-controlled shop, weekends off, paid vacation and holidays, healthcare benefits, and ASE reimbursement to help you grow.

You will perform routine maintenance like oil changes, tire rotations, and inspections, while collaborating with the service team to keep guests on the road safely.

Qualifications

• Entry level position; high school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Occasionally lift over 50 pounds.
• Comfort using hand-tools and working on vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance including oil changes, tire rotations, battery replacements, suspension alignments, and more.
• Work as part of a team to troubleshoot guest concerns quickly and effectively.
• Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections.
• Ensure all preventive maintenance reports are complete and accurate.
• Comply with federal, state, and local regulations that affect service operations, such as hazardous waste disposal and OSHA right-to-know.
• Assist in housekeeping functions as directed by Management.
• Communicate clearly with the service department about the extent of any damage or malfunctions on a guest's vehicle.
• Follow and promote high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
