Job description

Supporting 7 health systems, 25+ hospitals (including 3 Level 1 Trauma Centers) and 70 ambulatory care centers, Columbus Radiology Corporation (CRC) is seeking both full-time radiologists to support our growing practice in Central Ohio.

POSITION SUMMARY

Partner radiologist in Youngstown, OH. Generalists and all subspecialists are encouraged to apply. This candidate must be capable of reading general diagnostic imaging and maintain a desire to work in a collaborative environment with local referring physicians.

• $570K+ starting annual compensation (inclusive of 401K profit sharing contribution)

ROLE INCLUDES

• Location flexibility
• Non-breast, non-IR partners work few or no driving shifts with several remote day shifts from home
• 1-year partnership track (includes Radiology Partners equity)
• Partner total shifts 200 inclusive of 20 evenings and 20 weekend shifts (10 total weekends)

All associate/partnership eligible roles with CRC include full benefits, home workstation, and offer substantial moonlighting and incentive pay opportunities with some radiologists earning over $1 million in annual total compensation and partner compensation averaging $800K annually.

POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Comfortable with all modalities within subspecialty
• Comfortable reading general radiology for outpatient, inpatient and emergency medicine
• Opportunities to grow in both clinical and non-clinical roles within the practice

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Licensed or have the ability to be licensed in the state of Ohio
• Board certified or Board eligible in Diagnostic Radiology by the American Board of Radiology

COMPENSATION

The salary range for this position is $447K-$1M. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
