Job summary

Manpower Group (USA) is recruiting Food Production Associates for our Downingtown, PA facility. The roles involve working on 1st shift (4:00 AM–8:00 AM) or 2nd shift (12:00 PM–3:00 PM), with hourly wages of $18.00 and $18.25 respectively.

Join a growing food production team focused on quality and safety. Responsibilities include inspecting products, removing defective items, verifying packaging and labels, and supporting production lines to meet daily goals.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect food products throughout the production process to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Remove defective or damaged food products from the production line.
  • Verify packaging integrity, labels, date codes, and seals.
  • Pack and prepare finished food products according to production specifications.
  • Support machine operators and production teams to maintain efficient operations.
  • Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and food safety procedures.
  • Clean and maintain production equipment and work areas.
  • Report safety, quality, or operational concerns to supervisors.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.
  • Cross-train in multiple production areas as needed.
  • Follow all company safety policies and food safety requirements.

Physical Requirements

  • Comfortable working in a food manufacturing environment with moderate noise levels, varying temperatures, and production equipment
