• Follow all safety procedures associated with the machine center.
• Prepare bottom and top sheets for units and print load tags.
• Troubleshoot problems throughout the production run.
• Understands and participates in quality checks as required.
• Works at pace to meet production schedule and reads shop order instructions.
• Troubleshoots problems during production run.
• Complies with company policies and maintains cleanliness and housekeeping.

Key Responsibilities

• Follows all safety procedures associated with machine center
• Prepares bottom and top sheets for units and prints load tags
• Responsible for unitization per customer specification
• Understands and participates, as required, in quality checks
• Work at pace set by the machine operator to achieve conformance to production schedule
• Reads and follows shop order instructions
• Troubleshoot problems throughout production run
• Complies with all company policies and procedures
• Maintains high standards of cleanliness and housekeeping in work area

Job Type: Hourly - Full Time; 1st shift, Mon-Fri 6a-230p; OT as required

Requirements/Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing / production environment is preferred
• Proven ability to work SAFELY adhering to all safety processes and policies
• Ability to work a flexible schedule on occasion to support operational and business needs
• Ability to work either individually or in a collaborative, team-oriented environment

For safety and operational efficiency, candidates must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. This includes understanding safety instructions, operating procedures, and workplace signage.
