Job summary

Manpower, Inc. is seeking a General Production to join our manufacturing team in Texas. You will support day-to-day production on the floor, safely operating machinery and following detailed work instructions during the 12pm–8pm shift.

The ideal candidate will be committed to quality, able to read factory orders, and prepared to complete quality and administrative records. A team-oriented mindset and basic math/measurement skills help ensure accurate production counts.

Qualifications

• Ability to work overtime as needed to support production schedules.
• Stable work history with good attendance and reliable performance.
• Positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with others.
• Ability to accurately complete quality and administrative documentation.
• Comfort using basic shop math and measurement tools.

Our client, manufacturing and production operations is seeking a General Production to join their team. As a General Production, you will be part of the production floor supporting day-to-day manufacturing needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to quality, the ability to follow detailed work instructions, and the drive to work safely and consistently as part of a team.
