PetVet Care Centers is seeking a compassionate General Practice Veterinarian for our Grayson, KY location. The role offers full-time or part-time options with a dynamic team of veterinarians, technicians and support staff.
Relocation and TN Visa assistance are available to qualified candidates. All Creatures Veterinary Care in Grayson provides wellness, preventive care, advanced diagnostics, dentistry and internal medicine with strong client relationships and a collaborative work culture.
Qualifications
- Veterinary degree from an accredited college
- Current State Veterinary License
- DEA registration must be obtained
- 1+ years of experience in a veterinary practice
- Strong diagnostic and clinical skills
- Excellent surgical and dental skills
- Team‑oriented and collaborative
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Responsibilities
- Comprehensive patient exams and medical work-ups
- Client communication and education
- Performing diagnostic procedures and surgery
- Maintaining accurate medical records
- Pharmacy duties and prescribing medications
- Promote teamwork and staff efficiency
- Monitor hospital protocols and daily rounds
- Participate in practice management updates and training
