Job Description

This is a wonderful, privately owned, small animal practice that has been serving the community for over 40 years! The hospital currently has 1 FT doctor and 1 PT doctor, with plans to bring on another full or part-time DVM. The hospital has a great support team, with some members being there for over 25 years, and always ensures at least a 2:1 tech/doctor ratio. Appointment times are generally 30 minutes, but can vary depending on the doctor’s requirements. Equipment highlights include digital x-ray, ultrasound, cold laser, surgical laser, 5 exam rooms, IDEXX in-house labs, and cornerstone electronic medical records. The hospital welcomes both new graduates and experienced doctors and is flexible regarding specific preferences; for example, someone who doesn’t want to do surgery is encouraged to apply. Notably, there are NO WEEKEND shifts! The full-time schedule is just 4 days during the week.
