Job summary

VA Black Hills is seeking a Dentist for the Fort Meade VA Medical Center. The General Practice Dental Officer serves as a practicing dentist who performs a full range of professional dental procedures in connection with the treatment of commonly encountered dental diseases or dental health problems requiring standard corrective, restorative, or preventive measures.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an approved US CODA-accredited school.
• Completed or in progress residency in general practice or specialty, or comparable experience with medically compromised patients.
• Current, full and unrestricted dental license in a US state/territory/DC.

Responsibilities

• Perform a full range of professional dental procedures in connection with treatment of common dental diseases or health problems requiring standard corrective, restorative, or preventive measures.
• Provide patient care in alignment with professional standards and VA requirements.
