Job summary

Reser’s is seeking a General Plant Labor on the 2nd shift to assist with production, preparation, and storage of our deli products. The role includes palletizing boxed items and maintaining a clean plant and warehouse environment, while adhering to safety and GMP guidelines.

Excellent candidates will be able to follow directions; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, reflecting our diverse team. This is a full-time position at our Memphis facility with a $1/hr shift differential.

Job Specifications

Working Conditions

1. Refrigerated food manufacturing plant.

2. The environment may be wet, or dry, and temperatures may range from 25°F to 110°F.

3. Repetitive lifting, kneeling, and bending with packages in excess of 35 lbs is required.

4. Requires walking and standing for long periods of time.
