Reser’s Fresh Creative Foods in Vista, CA is seeking a production associate to support daily operations on the production floor, assist with production, preparation, and storage of products, and help maintain housekeeping in the plant and warehouse.

The position requires following directions; English/Spanish bilingual is a plus; the environment is refrigerated with temperatures from 25°F to 110°F, with lifting up to 35 lbs, and standing for long periods.

Working Conditions

• 1. Refrigerated food manufacturing plant.
• 2. The environment may be wet, or dry, and temperatures may range from 25°F to 110°F.
• 3. Repetitive lifting, kneeling, and bending with packages in excess of 35 lbs is required.
• 4. Requires walking and standing for long periods of time.

Compensation

$17.50 + $1.00 shift differential per hour/non-exempt.
