Job summary

Reser's Fine Foods, Inc. in North Carolina is looking for dedicated production staff to assist with the preparation, production, and storage of food products. The role requires following safety guidelines and maintaining cleanliness in the manufacturing plant.

Candidates should be able to follow directions, and bilingual skills in English and Spanish are preferred. The working environment includes a refrigerated plant with some physical demands.

• Assists with production, preparation, and storage of company products.
• Places boxed products on a pallet.
• Maintains housekeeping of the production plant and warehouse.
• Follows company safety guidelines and Good Manufacturing Practices.

Job Specifications

• Must be able to follow directions.
• English/Spanish bilingual is a plus.

Working Conditions

• Refrigerated food manufacturing plant.
• The environment may be wet, or dry, and temperatures may range from 25°F to 110°F.
• Repetitive lifting, kneeling, and bending with packages in excess of 35 lbs is required.
• Requires walking and standing for long periods of time.
