Job summary

MD Kids and ABCD Pediatrics, part of the Pediatric Associates Family of Companies, seeks a per diem Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to cover our San Antonio, TX region. The role supports weekdays full or half days and Saturday mornings with no on-call requirements.

We offer generous compensation with bonus opportunities, CME opportunities, and malpractice coverage. Applicants should have 2+ years pediatrics experience and accredited NP/PA training, Texas DEA license, and BLS.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience working in general pediatrics.
• Completion of an Accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Program.
• Current, unrestricted Texas DEA license.
• Current, or ability to obtain, an unrestricted Texas license.
• Current BLS certification.
• Board certification in pediatrics or family practice.

Per Diem Position - Covering the greater San Antonio Region.

MD Kids and ABCD Pediatrics, members of the Pediatric Associates Family of Companies, is recruiting a per diem Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our practices in the San Antonio, TX region. This is an opportunity to join well run practices with highly competent and motivated team of clinicians, clinical and administrative staff. Here you will be supported and have the resources you need.

Position Highlights:

• Cover our practices in the San Antonio region.
• Weekdays: full or half days
• Saturdays mornings
• No call

Experience Required

2+ years of experience working as a general pediatrics provider is required.

Education:

• Completion of an Accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Program
• Current, Unrestricted Texas state specific DEA license
• Current, or ability to obtain an unrestricted license in the state of Texas
• Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) required
• Board Certified
