This role offers a starting salary of $200,000+ (negotiable based on experience) with a $5,000 bonus after a 6-month evaluation, malpractice coverage, a 401(k) with employer matching, an insurance stipend, 80 hours PTO in year one, a student loan contribution program, and CME

• Board-certified or board-eligible pediatrician.

Responsibilities

• Full-time pediatrician for general pediatric care.
• No hospital rounding; 1 in 4 call schedule.
• Weekend hours: once per month (Saturday 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM).

We are currently seeking a Full-Time General Pediatrician to join our team at our Lutz office. Join a well-established, community-focused practice dedicated to providing high-quality pediatric care.

Position Highlights:

• Board Certified / Board Eligible Pediatrician Full-time position
• No hospital rounding Call schedule: 1 in 4
• Weekend hours: Once per month (Saturday 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM)

Compensation & Benefits:

• Starting salary: $200,000+ (negotiable based on experience and full-time status) + $5,000 bonus after 6 month evaluation
