Wayne Memorial Hospital, in collaboration with Dr. Philip Liu of Tri-County Ear, Nose and Throat, has initiated a recruitment effort to attract an additional otolaryngologist to our community. This initiative reflects our shared commitment to strengthening ENT services, improving patient access, and ensuring the long-term availability of high-quality specialty care in our region.

$450,000 annual two-year guarantee

A long-established private ENT practice and its sponsoring community hospital offer an exceptional opportunity for a board-certified or board-eligible general otolaryngologist to join—and potentially succeed—a profitable solo practice serving an underserved northeastern Pennsylvania market.

The practice generated approximately $1.6 million in net collections in 2025. Substantial growth potential exists through expanded patient access, increased clinical and surgical availability, and further development of audiology, hearing-related, and other complementary ENT services.
