North Country Healthcare is seeking a General Orthopedic Surgeon to join our team at Weeks Medical Center in Lancaster, NH, with 1-2 days monthly in Colebrook. The role includes a balanced mix of outpatient clinic, surgical procedures, and a shared call rotation in a beautiful rural setting.

The ideal candidate will be a true general orthopedic surgeon, comfortable treating patients across the lifespan, with emphasis on musculoskeletal needs of an aging population.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Medical College with a Medical Degree.
• Successful completion of an ACGME Orthopedic residency program.
• Ability to obtain a NH medical license.
• BLS from the American Heart Association required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose and treat a broad range of orthopedic conditions.
• Perform surgical procedures including joint replacement, fracture care, and common hand procedures.
• Balance outpatient clinic duties, surgery, and shared call responsibilities.
