Saint Joseph Medical Group in Mishawaka, Indiana, seeks two Board Certified or Board Eligible General Orthopedic Surgeons to lead the orthopedic program. You will work closely with the Sports Medicine Institute and have access to advanced surgical technology and a large referral base.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
• Eligible for Indiana medical licensure
• Strong commitment to quality, patient-centered care
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions and injuries
• Perform orthopedic surgical procedures in accordance with training and privileges
• Provide inpatient consultations and perioperative management
• Maintain active ambulatory clinic practice
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, therapists, and care teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Participate in shared call coverage
• Support quality initiatives, patient safety programs, and evidence-based practice standards
