Fellowship training is welcome, but the ideal candidate is a true generalist who collaborates across the full spectrum of orthopedic care and is eligible for Arizona medical licensure.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree and board eligibility or certification in Orthopedic Surgery.
• Eligible for Arizona medical licensure.
• Ability to cover broad areas of general orthopedics; collaborative team orientation.
