Job summary

UPMC Orthopedics in Hollidaysburg, PA is recruiting an Orthopedic Surgeon with interest and experience in General Orthopedics to join a fully established practice with a high-volume patient base. The team includes 5 orthopedic surgeons, 7 physician assistants and a non-surgical sports medicine physician; trauma call 1:6 and practice call 1:5; in-office imaging and PACS/EMR are used.

Qualifications

• Must have an MD or equivalent and be American BC/BE in Orthopedic Surgery with the ability to obtain an unrestricted PA license.

Responsibilities

• Provide orthopedic surgery care with emphasis on General Orthopedics.
• Manage trauma and clinic call schedules (Trauma call 1:6, Practice call 1:5).
• Utilize in-office imaging and PACS/EMR system.
