Job summary

You will perform surgeries within granted privileges, manage an outpatient clinic of 30–35 patients daily, and participate in a 1:6 call rotation. The role emphasizes collaboration and opportunities to shape the practice around personal goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient General Orthopedic Surgery services.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with orthopedic conditions.
• Perform orthopedic surgical procedures within granted privileges.
• Maintain an outpatient clinic volume of approximately 30–35 patients per day.
• Participate in the 1:6 call rotation.
• Collaborate with physicians and other members of the integrated healthcare team.
• Participate in development of the Orthopedic Surgery practice based on clinical interests and organizational needs.
